Payment and Shipping Policies


Payment Policy:

We use PayPal shopping cart system. All purchases must be checked out by logging in or signing up for PayPal. We accept PayPal payments and major credit cards. Please do check your Paypal order confirmation email after you make a purchase to ensure the correct order information, especially if you are changing shipping address. If you want to ship to a particular address, email us immediately with an address to ship to.

7% Sales Tax applied to North Carolina residents.


Special Orders:

In case we do not have an item in stock, we confirm availability with our distributors and we can place a special order for you. Special orders must be payed for in advance and may not be returned.


Shipping Policy:

Orders ship in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Do note on some patricular items, shipping time varies as mentioned on some pages.

All items are inspected before they leave our premises. We cannot be held responsible for any damages during transit. Items will ship by UPS Ground. We will notify buyers when order is shipped in an email along with any shipping information available and tracking number. First $100 of package value is insured by UPS at no additional cost. If you need help claiming a damaged, lost or late package with UPS please email us within the next 5 days of package receival or due arrival date (please note that UPS often asks to inspect damaged packages when filing a claim).

Shipping rates at checkout are for US residents only. International customers please contact us for a shipping quote and other arrangments.
